The short version

Toonables exists to turn your family photos into cartoon avatars on physical products. We treat your photos — especially photos of your children — as the most sensitive thing you could hand us, and we handle them accordingly.

Your photos

The photo you upload is used for one purpose only: generating your cartoon avatar. Photos are not used to train AI models, are never shared with third parties for their own purposes, and are never shown publicly. Once your avatar has been generated and your order completed, the original photo is deleted from our systems.

Names and labels

The name you enter is printed on your labels and stored with your order so we can support you. Where a label includes a QR code, the public page a finder sees shows a first name only — never a photo, school, address, or contact details. Messages from finders are relayed through Toonables so neither party sees the other's contact information.

Service providers

We use a small number of service providers to run Toonables: hosting, image generation, and payment processing. Each receives only what it needs to perform its function, and none may use your data for anything else.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to delete your data — photos, avatars, and account details — and we will. Toonables operates from Australia and handles personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles. To exercise any right, contact us at privacy@toonables.com.au.
